The restaurant staff were notably attentive and hardworking during dinner service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

I encountered significant issues with laundry service!!! Communication about the process was confusing, resulting in delays and unexpected charges. Also, the noise from other guests and the lack of proper ventilation in the bathrooms made the stay less enjoyable!!!

Had a lovely stay for two nights in a cozy room that offered a beautiful view right outside my window. I also enjoyed the great options for relaxation with both a full body massage and foot massage available. The only minor issue was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty in the room, but everything else made up for it. 😊
